Refund policy

We hope you love your Qube Luxe order, however if you would like to return any items or your purchase isn’t suitable we would be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please Note

  • Goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.
  • If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
  • Customers must notify us by requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving an order. 
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their items. 
  • Any personalised items, sale items are final sale and sadly we cannot process refunds or exchanges for these.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Many of our items are fragile and on occasion may get damaged in transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, candles or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to exchange one item for another is to return the item, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
