The delivery driver was prompt and within the allotted time, and very friendly. I opened my boxes and my face shon. I am delighted with my carefully well packaged items and beautiful contents. I can personalise it by taking out certain seasonal items i.e Christmas decorations out and adding other items like Valentine hearts to work with the other seasons throughout the year.  My set came with 2 lovely keepsake boxes to protect and store my set.
